Book Your Onboarding Call
Your onboarding call should have been booked with your enrollment director during sign up. If you have not booked yet or need to reschedule, you can book or reschedule here. Target is within 48 to 72 hours of sign up.

Complete Your Setup
Work through the setup guides below before your call. Get your broker account, VPS, and MT5 ready. The more prepared you are, the faster your EA goes live.

EA Goes Live
By the end of your onboarding call, your EA will be installed, configured, and actively trading on MT5. Your Customer Success Manager confirms it's live before the call ends.

Post-Launch Support
During your first 30 days, our team will be checking in with you to make sure you are supported, confident, and set up for success. You are never on your own.
